INSULTED BY EMPLOYEE


I needed an extension strap for a camera bag that i purchased for them. They do carry them and I wanted to verify that it would work with the sling bag I had gotten. Was told by the "Product Professional" that it would not work and I should go on a diet! Obviously there is a need for these extension straps or they wouldn't make them. Getting told to go on a diet is poor customer service! And.... UNACCEPTABLE!!!
